Udon is the Japanese name for these delicious noodles made from the original freshly milled heirloom wheat. We use these special grain, which have been grown for over 5000 years in China, and traditional craft roll–and–cut, naturally air dried at ambient temperatures to produce gourmet organic Udon with a smooth, silly texture.
