This high quality tea uses a rare method of preparation: soon after picking the delicate buds of the opening tea leaves during ‘Second Flush’ (mid June to mid August) they are handled with extreme care, withered very carefully for a longer time and dried properly. As this tea is not fermented, it contains three times as much antioxidant as compared to other teas and is considered to be the Queen of quality teas. This gently aromatic tea liquor has yellowish white, light straw or delicate brown hues with soft herbal and subtle delicate nuances.
Steeping Time: 4-6 minutes
Water Temperature: 90 c
Note: Can be repeated by adding warm water up to three times on the same infusion.
