Usage Tips: When substituting dried leaves for fresh in recipes, convert at a 1:3 ratio. That is one teaspoon of dried is equivalent to one tablespoon of fresh. Our dried parsley also pairs well with other seasonings including cumin, dill, oregano, basil, and thyme. If you do not have any parsley on hand we recommend substituting with cilantro or chives to spice up your meal.
