Veroni's mortadellas are all made of pure pork, in line with tradition and with the most modern nutritional trends. In the oval shape, they are available sewn in natural membrane, in synthetic membrane, in natural bladder.
The weights, for whole mortadellas, vary from 4 kg to about 18 kg, in accordance to the type and vacuum packaging which is for wholes of halves. The available mixtures are: normal, half, without lard and with pistachio.
