Rings of squid (fished and frozen on board by factory-vessels), coated with batter, pre-cooked by frying and deep frozen.
45% squid and 55% batter.
Place the battered squid rings, without defrosting, in a preheated oven at 200º. Cook them for approximately 10 minutes.
