Do not use if you are pregnant nursing or prone to dehydration, or exposed to excessive heat. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, dizziness, tremors, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. OVERDOSE is only intended to be used by healthy adults between 18 and 50. Keep out of reach of children.
Recommended use: Begin by consuming 1/2 bottle(250ml), wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If desired after 30 minutes consume the additional 1/2 bottle(250ml). Not intended for caffeine sensitive persons or to be mixed with alcohol. DO NOT consume more than 2 bottles a day and no 2 bottles within a 6 hour period.
