Pasta Vera was born from a long standing agrigultural
experience.
The grain is produced using new technology, secure
and at the same time respectful for the environment.
We use Wheat seeds that are not GMO (Genetically
Modified Organism) and come 100% from Italy.
The guarantee of origin and quality of the row material,
and our production methods allow us to preserve intact
not only the organoleptic properties, but also the nutritive
values of Pasta Vera.
The risult is a pasta which has been placing on a high
quality segment of the market.

Pasta Vera represents a local solid reality, with a three
generations experience in the cereal production field.
Evolution technology investments:
test promotions made to produce a durum wheat with
organoleptic properties (gluten, colour and proteins)
which are suitable for pasta making (there are very few
companies that produce pasta with only italian grain,
due to these difficulties).
It has been developed to this end a specific production’s
technical policy which includes soil tillage,
selected seeds and a plant support during the
growing phase.
