"Pad Thai" is the most popular stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at casual local restaurant in Thailand. However , " Pad Mee Korat (Pad Thai with Local Thai Flavor)" was first produced more than hundred years ago at the biggest province of Thailand named "Nakhon Ratchasima (aka Korat city), north-eastern Thailand" and has been established in the local market throughout Thailand until now.
Pad Mee Korat differentiates from Pad Thai due to its own-special noodle type, which is more sticky and a bit thicker, and because of its instant sauce giving a real taste of Thai heritage.

How to cook "Pad Mee Korat" ( Pad Thai with Local Thai Flavored)?
1. Put the (given) sauce in a skillet/pan over medium heat. When hot, add favored meat (pork, chicken, shrimp, prawn, beef, scallop, etc).
2. Add 1.5 glass of water (450 ml) and raise the heat to high until boiled. Put (given) dry noodles (no need to soak in the water first, unlike Pad Thai).
3. Stir occasionally, until the noodles are heated thoroughly and turn to brown and almost dry. Turn down the heat to low-medium, add eggs (if you'd like) and scramble quickly for a minute almost flat against the bottom of the pan, then add favored veggies (i.e. bean sprouts).
4. Stir occasionally and toss once or twice, and transfer the contents of the pan to a serving plate. Top with the peanuts, cilantro, chilies, and remaining bean sprouts. Serve with the lime wedges.
