oils withour theTransfat.
Ingredients:
Refined and deodorized mix of palm oil and its fractions. TBHQ or Antioxidants blend
(BHT and TBHQ mix) citric acid as synergist. Dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foam agend added.
Benefits and applications:
The oil is an excellent general purpose Shortening that can be used in a wide range of foods
items, deep frying and cooking. It has excellent heat resistance and stablility provided by its
high smoke point.
The wide plastic range of its fat blend makes it ideally suited for bread, cakes, cookies and other
baking applications.
Presentation:
15 Kg and 50 lb blocks, in plyethylene bag within outside corrugated cardboard box.
500 g. pack wrapped in oiled paper within outside corrugated cardboard box with 30 units.
Shelf Life and Storage Conditions:
The product has a shelf life of one year from date of manufacture in its sealed packaging,
stored in a clean and dry site, free from contaminating odors and a maximum temperature of 25 °C.
