This product is formulated with specific range of solid fat profiles and melting profile to suit different climatic conditions and different applications

It is made from palm oil and its fractions with permitted antioxidant (E319). It does not contain any genetically modified products (GMO Free) and it is trans free
Intended Use
This high melting shortening is formulated for use in the preparation of bread and other yeast-raised doughs

Storage & Shelf Life
Shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture provided. The Product is stored in original unopened pecking in a cool dry and odor free area with ambient temperature not above 30 o Cand Below 60% Relative Humidity
