Uses in Chinese Market
Palm´s sap syrup & palm´s coconut syrup can be used:
-As a sweetener, crossed with pancakes, fruits & also with tea.
-As a sauce for sweet & sour traditional chinese food. Recommended to be added
at fried sweet potatoes, chicken´s wing with soyabean sauce & sweet & sour pork.
Adding a little syrup when frying chicken or pork, a delicious Caramel colour will
be obtained & a taste lightly sweet in the food. This will help balance the daily
cooking in a natural & delicious way, replacing the harmful use of sugar in the
meals.
