Its skin of the ripe fruit is green orange and quite thin. The thick wall of succulent flesh becomes aromatic, yellow, orange or various shades of Salmon or red. The flesh is juicy, sweetish and somewhat like a Cantaloupe in flavor. Attached lightly to the wall by soft, white, fibrous tissue, are usually numerous small, black, ovoid,
seeds.
Solo Papaya is much smaller than the normal Papaya found in the market and, because of its greater sweetness, the flavour is unanimously prefered over the normal Papaya.
Its commonly grown in Mindanao strategically due to its good weather condition whole year round
