Type 1: long grain parboiled rice , maximum 4% breakage
Type 1: Long Grain White rice maximum 5% breakage

The parboiled rice is precooked. In this process the grain gets more resistant and the vitamins of the germ and the peal incorporates into the heart of the grain. This is why it has 3x more vitamins and nutrients than white rice.
