Preparation:
To reconstitute, always add powder to cold water. For smoothness and flavour, we suggest that you mix milk at night for use the next day. Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated. Keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place.
To make 1 liter:
- Place 1¼ cup (284 mL) water in a shaker and then add ¾ cup (100g) powder.
- Swirl container to wet powder.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
- Add 2½ cups (568 mL) water, give another shake and place in refrigerator.
Shelf Life:
9 month unrefrigerated shelf life ( Keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place ). Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated.
Uses:
For drinking, cooking, and baking.
