Passion fruit juice concentrate is processed under strict quality standards where the passion fruit is screened, inspected, washed and finally sent for the extraction process.
Passion fruit juice is then centrifuged, air is removed to increase its longevity and then it undergoes pasteurization. The juice is turned into passion fruit juice concentrate with the help of innovative systems where water is removed from the juice in a low-temperature process. The processed passion fruit concentrate is canned to desired Brix level.
Passion juice concentrate is rich in vitamins A and C and is a good source of potassium and iron. The seeds are high in fiber.
