Our raviolis are exclusively hand made cut and filled. They are filled with a pastry bag and cut with a ravioli cutter one by one, it is noticeable by the irregularity of its own shape. The filling is made of fresh mix ricotta (cow and sheep), Grana Padano cheese and fresh herbs from our territory. We also offer different fillings from radicchio to vegetables, always with the same characteristics.
