Roasting: continuous peanut roaster have Elevator, roasting part, cooling part ,output conveyor--cabinet. roasting time:160-180degree.
Blanching: remove red skin (split peanut blanching or air peanut blanching machine)
sorting: pick out unpeeled peanut kernel or bad peanut kernel.
First grinding: First grinding machine get butter 60-70mesh
Mixing: mixing sugar ,salt with peanut butter.
Second grinding: get 150-160mesh peanut butter
Mixing tank: Mixing peanut butter ,sugar, salt together again.
Cooling : cool down the temperature of peanut butter into room temperature.
Degassing: remove air from peanut butter.
Filling: filling peanut butter into bottles: 100g 200g 500g
