All products are dry roasted on highly efficient, continuous belt roasters, which provide the ultimate in color control and damage reduction.
Both facilities utilize powerful pre-cleaning equipment and highly sensitive color/density channel sorters after roast to assure product quality.
Packaging may be nitrogen flushed and sealed to preserve freshness.
Custom peanut roasting is available on request.
