In June 2001, Gastaldi has reached successfully the CERTIFICACION HACCP, becoming the first Argentinean peanut factory to get to this status. HACCP is an English abbreviation which its translation is Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. HACCP is a system for insurance of innocuousness food internationally recognized.
