This Mushroom, with a very tasty sweetness and particular texture, is often found in pine, beech, oak and Chestnut groves.
It has a very characteristic shape, with a conspicuous black and brown cap and whitish body depending on the different varieties that are commercialised, with gills around the stem. It is used in cooking, either fresh, frozen or dried.
