We are amazed at the fantastic variety of peppers grown around the world. From regular green, yellow, and red peppers, to super-hot chili peppers and spicy pepperoni peppers, we love them all. Used as a spice or as a vegetable in and of itself, the pepper is particularly unique in that it is a good source of vitamin C.
