description : The color is intense ruby red with violet hues. The aroma is intense, enveloping and which are identifiable red fruit, black cherry, plum and blackberry. Pleasantly spicy. The taste is warm, full-bodied, harmonious and smooth. It 'an important RED WINE made from Grapes merlot and syrah vines in the best exposure, after a careful harvest (about mid-October), and aging for 12/18 months in small oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle. Excellent to accompany dishes structure, such as the liver mortadella, the shanks, shin and in general the game and red meats.
