This product presents high rates in proteins and is caught in southern Pacific Ocean alongside Peru Coast. However, they are also fished from Mexico coast as far as Chile coastline. They are manufactured in different ways: precooked and IQF-frozen rings, precooked fillet frozen in interfoliated blocks, frozen tube in interfoliated blocks. All of them are shipped in containers at -180 (Celsius).
