After peeling outer skin of onions, preserve with salt, and then add flavoring prior to shipment. For shipment, we obtain the HACCP certification, together with pickled chinese cabbage. We pack them in 10kg unit with plastic and then put outer packing with corrugated cardboard for shipment. We will think much of hygiene in our facilities and processing.
