Gallura Vermentino VQPRD. Produced and bottled by the Gallura Wine-producers Co-operative, Tempio Pausania. A wine with a rich bouquet and delicate taste designed for the more discerning drinker Grapes: 100% Vermentino. Colour: pale yellow with greenish nuances, bright. Bouquet: fresh, intense and persistent which ranges from fruity apple to notes of tropical fruit, particularly pine-apple and banana. Taste: dry but soft, with a long and agreeable olfactory taste when one rediscovers the freshness of the acids that are in perfect balance with the alcohol. Gastronomy: this wine drunks best with light and delicately-seasoned fish dishes. To be served at 10°-12° C., it will keep for up to two years, but is preferably drunk when young.
