The Gran Corcel Acholado is a blended liquor. It has a clean a taste, unlike many others. 40% alcohol by volumn, 80 proof.

Pisco is a refined and famous Peruvian brandy distilled from grapes that began to be produced in Pisco, a city south of Lima back in the late 1550s.  After the Spanish Conquistadors arrived to South America, they planted grapes in the fertile coastal valleys found in the southern area of Peru.  The wine industry quickly blossomed and the level of exports from the colony to Spain deeply affected wine production in the peninsula.  By 1641, wine production in Peru was banned and as a result, production of Pisco soared. Absolutely no water is added to Pisco and that is why, undeniably, it is brandy in its purest form.
