Product Description: It has a high quality, thick skin with thorns taken away after the harvest. In ; inside the meat is white and its seeds are black mixed within it, giving a pleasant appearance.
Size: It ranges from 5 to 13 cm long approximately, and the weight per fruit goes from 180 to 350 g. depending on the variety.
Color: It changes from green at the stage when is not ripe, reaching an intense yellow when fully ripped.
Ideal color to serve: Yellow with green ends or totally yellow.
Life Time: 10 to 15 days after arrival, depending on the stage of ripeness upon arrival.
Flavor: Very exotic, as one part of sweetened exquisite water, soft refreshing, delicate and very fine.
