In ancient times Pihpi were anforas used for the fermentation of quality wines, they gave the wine special taste and scent. Intense RED WINE, wide and fruity bouquet. Intense taste and remarkable personality. Ideal as an accompaniment to cheeses and meats. We recommend pairing with the Sicilian first dishes.
