INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Cut about 5"off the top of a standard size decorating bag and about 1" off the bottom,so Inner Coupler comes to the edge of the bag when inserted.
Step 2: Insert Inner Coupler inside the bag.Fit the tip againet the Inner Coupler,twisting into place with the Cap.
Step 3: Fill bag about 2/3 full with frosting ,and fit it into Decorating Pen.
Step 4: Remove Handle Lever.Twist top of bag and fit into opening on back of Pen.Replace Handle Lever to hold into place.
