Plate style UHT machine  GS- BSSJ-1A01

   Plate style Sterilization equipment was designed for milk, Juice or similar products to continuous kill sterilization process. Aseptic filling equipment can be used with production for products with 3 to 6 months as quality keeping time. It can be connected to the separator, degassing, flashing and other equipment. The output of the device was regulated mainly by the feed flow controller system, when using full flow homogeneous way, using homogenizer to control the flow. Because the products heating and cooling are occurred in the heat recovery portion of the plate heat exchanger, thus heat recovery up to 90%.

Product Configuration:
1,Automatic configuration: adopted advanced computer system control technology, according to the setting of process requirements to carry through the whole process of production and operation control, own with CIP cleaning procedures for automatic cleaning.
2,Semi-automatic configuration: the whole process of running operation is semi-automatic control, the operator can control from the control panel for each pump and reflow capabilities, automatic temperature controller maintain the sterilization temperature. Sterilization temperature on the recorder has a continuous record.
3,Applies to: milk, juice, tea drinks, soy milk, milk drinks.
4,With electric heating unit: Suitable for the small scale of production.
