The PLC controlling system and DCS intelligent control system are adopted as the control system for the hotel draft beer equipment. Both of the two systems are independently developed and patented by Zhondde Company. PLC controlling system includes Siemens programmable controllers, IPC (industrial personal computer) and other auto-controlled components. The heating and cooling are fully automatic control, and it can also be hand controlled on the operation platform. The technological parameter can be programmed and set automatically or manually according to customer’s requirement or the technological requirements for different production objectives.
DCS intelligent control system is easy to consolidate manage and discrete control. It is equipped with strong anti-interference, reliability and versatility. It can be connected with variety of PLC and remote computers. The operation interface is simple, open and expansive. DCS can meet the research and production requirements’ of the breweries, beer houses and colleges and universities. At the same time, it can be designed and installed according to customer’s requirements.
The PLC and DCS control system operate reliable, however, the price is much lower, only 10% of that of the similar foreign equipment.
