Unique to Waitemata , our Pohutukawa hone is produced on Rangitoto Island, which is situated only 7km from downtown Auckland.
Pohutukawa tree is also known as the New Zealand Christmas tree, and is the whitest honey in the world. It has a very different, slightly salty flavour.
Wonderful in sorbets and Ice cream desserts.
