MCS is a privately owned company started in 2010. People who build our team are creative young professionals with extensive experience in trading in beekeeping equipment, bottled honey, ecological fruit products and unprocessed tobacco. We are based in south-west Poland. Our long-time objective is to start trading internationally and seize a significant part of global markets. Beekeeping

 

Our range of products includes brands of world-famous renowned Polish producers. Among our flagship products are: honey extractors, honey baffle tanks for separating honey and wax (uncapper), honey creamers, dispensers, pumps, etc. We also provide beekeeping equipment such as beekeeper’s clothes, styrofoam hives, equipment for queen bee-keeping and all necessary apiary equipment. All our products are CE certified and come with a two-year warranty. We are seeking new partners across the worlds.

 

 

Honey

We are specialists in the sale of bottled honey in glass containers. We supply retailers, wholesalers and sales chains across the European Union. Lack of industry and clean environment in the area where we are located (Lubelskie and Podkarpackie Voivodships, geographically Roztocze, large forest areas of Puszcza Solska, including Lasy Janowskie) are the reasons behind our products’ popularity. Polyfloral honey

There many varieties of the polyfloral honey depending on the time of collecting/harvesting and the type of plants growing in the ambient area. Due to its mild taste, it is recommended especially for kids. Chemically, the polyfloral honey consists of a variety of ingredients. Spring honey contains in particular large quantities of simple sugars: glucose and fructose. The glucose content prevails over the fructose. However, the ratio changes with time: the later in the year honey is collected, the higher its content of fructose. Moreover, if the honey is harvested at the peak of summer and autumn, it will be richer in enzymes, bioelements, compositions having anti-germs properties and silicon.

 

Acacia honey

Acacia honey is light and transparent. Its composition (fructose prevalence) causes the honey to crystallise very slowly, even longer than one year. It improves the blood circulation, purifies the liver, calms down, has diuretic and anti-germs properties. It is recommended for renal and urinary tract problems, hyperacidic/acid stomach and digestive dysfunctions. Its Flavour is mild, subtle and slightly bland. The honey is sweet, mild and slightly acidic. It is reputed to be the sweetest of all types of honey.

 

 

Honeydew honey

Honeydew honey is an excellent “anti-biotic” with anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. It facilitates coughing, contains four times more iron than nectar honey and improves the whole body immunity. Honeydew honey is recommended for colds and upper respiratory tract ailments.

 

 

Honeydew honey from deciduous trees

The colour of that liquid honey made from the honeydew of deciduous trees ranges from herbal green to light brown. However, after crystallising, it becomes darker and changes to greenish grey up to brown. The honey has a delicate spicy flavour. Its taste is usually mild, sometime with an acrid or resinous aftertaste.

 

 

Buckwheat honey

Brown honey with an acrid taste and a very strong flavour. It enhances the flavour of Confectionery products (gingerbread) and is best of the range for making meads. The honey is recommended for iron deficiency and when convalescing. It stimulates bone healing processes, may be used as add-on treatment in circulation problems and has anti-atherosclerosis effects.

 

Lime honey

Lime honey has a very characteristic biting taste. The honey is recommended for flue, colds, and cough, and has strong expectorant properties. Apart from that, it has a calming effect and reduces the blood pressure. In addition to simple sugars, the honey contains substances present in lime flowers.

 

 

Pollen

Nutritional and healing properties of pollen are attributed to its rich contents of chemical ingredients. The following pollen properties have been proved by tests: ancillary treatment of diabetes (pollen extracts increase insulin excretion. Pollen taken by diabetic patients reduces sugar levels in blood.) and the treatment of prostate gland ailments (it impedes development of the disease and prevents its recurrence at an initial stage; it offers ancillary treatment in patients with chronic inflammation of the prostate gland, in addition to antibiotic treatment and physiotherapy).

 

 

Heather honey

The colour of heather honey ranges from amber to dark brown. It is unique for a jelly texture, which disappears after the honey crystallises. This is a rare, valued variety having a strong flavour and taste. It is recommended for urinary tract infection, kidney stones, enteritis and diarrhoea.

 

 

Rapeseed honey

Rapeseed honey is light and ranges in colour from white to cream. It has a distinctive scent of rapeseed flowers that reminds of its origin. The honey tastes very sweet. It is recommended for heart problems. The heart muscle works without a break, and the rapeseed honey provides the best nutrient for muscles - glucose. Since this variety of honey contains mainly simple sugars with glucose prevailing, the product is easily absorbed by the liver, which increases its detoxification (purifying) function.
