Our pomace olive oil is enriched with 5% of extra virgin olive oil. This oil is very used in food service because it has a more economic prices than any other kind of olive oil and because its colour and flavour are enough neutral to be used for cooking and frying. Moreover, as it proceeds from olive fruit, its content of poly insaturated fat is inferior to the other vegetable oils.
