This unique pomegranate jam is made from the finest pomegranates which grow in the upper Galilee orchards. Made of a new pomegranate specie, using highend technology.
Process: The seeds are separated from the white pulp and is cooked with sugar and Lemon juice on low temperature, for about 6 hours.
Shelf life: 1 year (once the jam is opened it can be refrigerated for 2-3 months.
