This is the result of mixing extra virgen olive oil 5% and refined pommace olive oil 95%.
This oil is made from the sub-product of the olive ( pulp- branch-stone)
The oil obtained from the sub-prodcut is refined then, it is mixed with the extra vrigen olive oil
It is chepaer than the extra virgen and PURE OLIVE OIL
it is healthier that the other vegetable oils, such as sunflower and soya oil, as it comes from olive fruit
