STANDARDIZED TESTING
Our bulk popcorn is tested in a standardized MWVT* tester at 1400 watts and 480 degrees Fahrenheit. The popcorn moisture content is determined by using the recommended calibrations of the Dickey-John Moisture Tester, which is the industry??s standard for testing.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Keep your popcorn in dry, cool environments, preferably below 65 oF. Store popcorn on platforms or pallets off the ground and away from walls. Keep storage area clean and in order. Rotate your stock periodically.
