Cooking methods
microwave:
Put the frozen medaillons (3 pieces) on a plate and heat for approx. 3 minutes at 800 Watt.
Oven:
Preheat the oven at 200 °C (convections ovens 180 °C). Then bake the frozen medaillons for approx. 10-12 minutes.
Combi-steamer:
Heat the frozen Medaillons at 100 °C and 100% watersteam for approx. 6 minutes.
