5、Character: It is white crystalline powder. It is deliquescent and tastes salty. Relative density is 1.570. Melting point is 292℃. Highly soluble in water, ethanol and carbinol, but insoluble in aether.
6、Usage: It is used as buffering agent, neutralizer, preservative, color retention agent
(protect natural color of animals and plants).
