1. Working principle

Raw material is fed into machine from input port, at the same time, vibra motor on the two sides of fluid bed will cause vibration with regular frequency, make the material move forward continuously in horizontal direction. The heated air pass through fluid bed, and exchange heat with material, moisture will exhaust with air through cyclone duster separator, at last the dried material will be discharged by output port.
