Since 1987 Hak Has' operations have grown considerably and the company regularly exports to North America, Canada and the UK. The company also has their own research and development facility, which is governed by strict quality control procedures.

Our Jerk sauces captures the essence of the “Jerk” method of cooking, which was invented by runaway slaves from plantations who cooked marinated meats under the earth to avoid detection by the British. The “Jerk” method of cooking has now become world famous.
