The Precious Black Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.) has a fairly homogeneous and roundish shape with polygonal warts. The blackish brown colour of the surface, takes rust-coloured shades from rubbing. The meat is clear, its scent is intense, aromatic and fruity.
It grows in the hilly and mountainous areas in symbiosis with the Hazel, the oak and the Farnia. After the white truffle, it is considered the most prized commercial level and is one of the protagonists of the international cuisine. MINIMUM ORDER 1 KG
