Just warm up and serve
'Fifth range products' are precooked products of a short period conservation. They are sold refrigerated. They are ready to be consumed since they only need to be heated, either in the oven or microwave. It is not necessary any further handling. These products' commercial life span is short. This is due to the fact that food is not sterile, because the aim is not to alter its nutritive and organoleptic characteristics. Due to this, these products must be consumed in a not very long period time.
Store in a cool place, and once opened, consume before 2 days.
Our menu currently includes three selections:
Sturgeon with caramelized onions, raisins, and Pedro Ximénez wine.
Cous-cous with sturgeon.
Sturgeon with shiitake mushrooms, soy sauce, and leeks.
