Premium Aronia Melanocarpa Fruity Sparkling wine

 

This premium quality  Red Wine is created from the fruits of  Aronia Melanocarpa  plant after a special fermentation process. The fruits are also called black chokeberries are known for their very high content of antioxidant pigment compounds. Juice from these berries is astringent and not sweet, but high in vitamin C and antioxidants. The berries are often used to make wine, jam, syrup, juice, soft spreads, and tea.
Suggested pairings: Ideal as an aperitif wine, it can also be appreciated with light first courses. It marries particularly well with white meats and fish.
