Brewing steps

 

1.Rinse the cup with hot water.

3.Pour a small amount of water, shake the cup and wet the tea.

For tasting Longjing tea, people usually use colorless and transparent glass cup, with water around85  ?  for brewing. It’s better rotate the tea when flush the water. First put dry tea into the cup, pour boiling water to the capacity of 1 / 3 cup, wait for 1 minute, till the dry tea stretch through absorption and then flush to the full cup. To appreciate the appearance when it’s wet, and taste till it gets cooler. Sip  it slowly. Add water unitl 1 / 3 tea remains. This time, the tea is still strong. After drinking, the mouth will be filled lasting pleasant and luscious aroma. By the third time of adding water, generally the tea becomes light. The stretched tea, full of vitality, with fragrance, greets your nose. Drinking it, the mouthful aroma refreshes your mind and whole body.
