Our affiliated company operates in the 900 m² of closed are and 500 m² of open area in Germencik,Aydin, primarily Dried figs growing area in Aegean region. Our annual production capacity is 600 tons. We process it under ISO 22000 system. Besides our usual production we established organic farming.

 Before processing dried figs in the our factory, we absolutely fumigate, wash and control them under UV light in dark rooms. Also during our process and prior to any shipment, moisture and aflatoxin contents are measured to prove the conformity with the Turkish food standards and to worldwide food legislations and allowed limits.

PACKING:

All processed figs are stored in hygienic plastic trays and they are packed according to the consumers order by bulk or retail packing. Our extensive range of packaging formats include, PVC cases, styropor trays, wooden cases, cellopacks, cardboard cases (cartonettes), zipper doy packs, stand-up paper bags and pillow packs.
