Cod roe is produced from fresh raw material during most of the season. Hereby we obtain the very fine egg structure which characterizes our product.
Pressed cod roe is very low in fat and extremely rich in protein.
This product contains no gluten, soja, milk, sugar or egg.
Serving suggestion:
Cut the roe into sticks and roast them gently in butter or oil. Place them on top of a green salad and garnish with shrimps, lemon and thin slices of red pepper. Serve with toast.
