Properties : Made from selected Iberian pork rind fats, with no added colour agents or preservatives. The rinds are pressed to remove fat from the product.

Uses : Direct consumption, as an aperitif; or as an ingredient for making traditional confectionery, hornazos (pies), etc.

Format : Presented in a cheese-like shape.
