Organoleptic characteristics: it is a deep red wine, verging on brown red , it has a rich aroma of ripe fruits and a moderately sweet taste, delicate and hot.

Productive cycle: This particular wine is the result of a careful and selective grape-harvest of a sixty-year-old vineyard whose production is only fifty quintals of Grapes per hectare. The thermo-conditioned must has fermented at 23 C until it reaches an alcoholic strength of 14C. Fermentation have been interrupted using the cold and numerous filtering, finally achieving a sugary residue of about 60 grams per litre. This is a sweet and velvety product of great quality.

Combination: this wine is well coupled with end-meal courses, with cheese, roasted chestnuts, toasted almonds, Walnuts and dried confectionery .
