This wine is composed of the following types of grapes and their proportion: 35% Grenache, 30% Carignan and Merlot also 35%.
The varieties are distributed in three different farms.
Grenache planted in the terraces Salanca is exposed to the southwest in a field 100% slate. Merlot is also planted in terraces on the estate known as the Arbossar and is fully exposed to the north, in a clay soil localcari.
Carignan planted 70% and 30% flat terraces is exposed to the south West, a slate floor 30% and 70% clay localcari.
Visually opaque with red and violet, vivid and bright.
Aromatically there are cherries, strawberries and a trend toward blackberry jam, licorice, pomegranate and Citrus fruits like mandarin and light aromas of vanilla and coconut.
The palate is fresh and fine, with structure and volume, long and persistent.
Bottled in 750ml.
